As we grow our business, our teams also grow and then we come across and face a challenge of managing these teams effectively. That's something I have struggled with and after I met Dhiren he trained me on how I can be a better CEO and manage my teams more effectively. I got so much clarity regarding my business and the strategy that I should be working with is very clear to me now. The road map is very clear. So as an artist and art therapist, I was going both ways, even creating art for people, doing art therapy workshops. The aha moment for me was understanding that I should be specializing in health and wellness mindfulness for art. That was a big aha moment for me. He got deeper into my business to understand what I really want to do and gave me that in depth knowledge about my own business. I think everybody needs a diren because he really guides you into where you should be going. We don't have a roadmap and that's why we are lost all the time.

I've known Diren for the last five years. He's very professional in everything that he does. So I knew that if he is suggesting something or if he's doing something, it is definitely worth understanding what exactly is happening. So I have been in business for the last 17 years. And you know, when you're so set in your business, in your thoughts, in your perspective, there's always a realignment that you need in life. So I think this was my realignment moment and I took that leap of faith and I did this coming from the profession of, you know, dealing with people directly, Avastu feng shui, numerology experts, and doing a lot of things under that umbrella. Because when a client walks into my life, I want to give a 200% sense solution to my client. Now, in doing so, I did not realize that I was the one leading from the front and at the helm in this basecamp. What I understood and realized is that the business should serve you. It's not the other way around. And that was really interesting take for me. That truly changed my perspective of how I can add more value in a lot of other things. But if I continue to lead from the front, I'll burn out soon. So he has a very engaging approach. He never shuts you down. He's somebody who will listen to you very patiently and truly give you a very enlightening perspective on what am I thinking and why am I thinking. Even if there was one or two instances where I saw my co, people who were there with me, they had a difficulty in understanding a concept, he would hold on for a while, make sure that it's cleared, and that's how we move forward. So I really liked that approach. He wasn't time bound or he wasn't like restricted in his approach of how much can I go. He went over and beyond and above for everything. I would definitely recommend him to whoever is truly seeking clarity in their business, not just in their business, but even in their lives. Because eventually when you are, when you're putting so much effort in your work, it just consumes you from every end. So I would say whoever is really seeking clarity should definitely meet him.
